Thursday Long Runs (6-8miles) From 3 April 2008 the Thursday runs will alternate between: The Swan Inn Falmer, Dyke Road / Valley Drive junction and Asda Hollingbury. this sequence then repeats until the autumn. . For anyone new to this session: we aim to start running from the meeting point at 17:30 and return to it at the end of the run. There is usually a choice of a longer and a shorter route. The idea is to do a steady run with club mates. - 31/03/2008 |

Withdean Stadium Withdean stadium is near the bottom of Tongdean Lane in Brighton just off the main London Road (A23) Entrance to the track is via the smaller car park behind the leisure centre at the western end of the track. - - 01/10/2006 |
