The Senior Section of the club caters for athletes of all abilities. During our track sessions on Wednesday evenings at Withdean Stadium, we have training groups geared to the specific requirements of individual athletes. They are: Our other main training sessions are a hill-based session on Monday evenings and a long steady run of about 6-9 miles on Thursday evenings. Athletes also sometimes organise training in small groups. You can find further details of all training sessions on the Training page. |
