If the weather is okay Tue 26th, I'll TT with BECC on Washington.
If it's raining, I'll swim _________________ ............n

I have the same question.
For me it's a matter of fitting in evening TTs and turbo training.
Open water swimming is less of a priority for me as I do so few OW Tris
That said, I would like to swim at least the next two Tuesdays as I have an OW ebven 21 Aug.
To answer the 2nd question a few people are swimming off Hove (see Phoenix facebook posts) and I know Anita swims off Saltdean and Sue nearer Seaford _________________ ............n

Maybe we could make an agreement to share a session with A2 tri if we don't get many people going?
Living so close to the sea it is hard to see the point in driving to a lake. |

I'll try to make it too but work may get in way. Probably swim only for me as I don't have time for a bike and I'm worried about aggrevating an injury if I run too much _________________ ............n

Not retired ...just yet...
just old, fat, endlessly injured and slow.
I plan a nice hard winter and will be back next year for some long tri's
I have managed a couple of 8 mile downland runs...that felt like marathons. _________________ PERSEVERANCE. There is no substitute for hard work. |
