Sorry Barney I wont. I didn't think anyone would be going now so did a hard swim session and long run this morning. Now will have to work late to make up the time.

Do you still want a Trisuit? I have the new ones in so let me know what size and if you will be at track on Wednesday.

I'm doing the hever tri sat so wanted to get one last lake swim in, fingers crossed someone will be there. I'm ok on the tri suit for now thanks Liz
